Q: How big is each panel? How do I purchase multiple?
A: Each of our flower and greenery panels are 16in x 24in. For example, if you "Select a Size" and choose the 4 panels option, you will receive four 16"x24" pieces that can be arranged into a 32"x48" wall.
Q: How do I put it together?
A: Very easy to assemble: just align two panels at the male and female sockets and secure with included zip-ties. If your shipment does not include zip-ties, you have an updated self-locking model. Simply assemble by inserting the round ball into the corresponding socket.
Q: How do I stand it up?
A: You can nail or command hook (be sure to use enough to distribute the weight!) this to a wall, or use a backdrop stand. We suggest a backdrop stand that does not have tripod legs, as these will peek out from other side of the flower wall. You can zip-tie all panels first, then use s-hooks at the top to hang onto the crossbar of a backdrop stand.
Q: What's your return policy?
A: We accept returns of products in their original and untouched condition within 14 days once your receive the order. If not, we may refuse the refund or offer only a partial refund. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to us. The cost of shipping out to you will also be deducted from your refund. To minimize this shipping fee, feel free to order just one panel to see the quality in person before making your full order.
Q: What is your shipping policy? How do I ship to AK, HI, PR, APO/ FPO, or outside of the US? How can I get expedited shipping for my event?
A: Free shipping applies to the 48 continental states! If you need to ship outside of these 48 states to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO or anywhere else, or if you or need it faster, please contact us for a shipping quote! We are also not able to ship to PO boxes.
A: ALL PACKAGES NEED SIGNATURE ON FILE AS PROOF OF DELIVERY WHICH MEANS YOU NEED TO BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR IT. IF THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO UNABLE FOR DELIVERY, YOU NEED TO PAY BOTH WAY SHIPPING FEE WHEN WE PROCESS REFUND OR RE-DELIVERY.
Q: How do I fluff up my flowers if they're flattened in transit? What do I do with loose flowers or leaves?
A: Just use a hairdryer and squeeze the flower buds up in a circular shape with your hand! It's normal for a few leaves to come loose in transit-don't worry. Simply pop the end of the flower/ leaf back onto a spike from the panel backing.
Q: Can I get custom colors?
A: Sorry, we don't do custom colors!
Q: Can I get a custom size?
A: Yes! If the size you need isn't an option, please contact us and we'll let you know how many panels you need. And if you need to cut angles to fit corners or to halve a panel, simply trim with scissors or a box cutter at home.
Q: Is there a discount for large orders?
A: We can offer an additional 3% discount if you make a one-time purchase of 100 panels or more.
NOTE: It is your responsibility to track the package once we've shipped it and to anticipate its arrival. You can contact us to purchase shipping insurance with the carrier at an additional cost. Once the shipping notification displays that the product is delivered, it is not our responsibility to replace your order if you do not see the package at your doorstep. You'll have to contact the shipping carrier about the missing package or find out if someone has conducted package theft. Thank you for your understanding!
