Purchase your floral installation with the confidence of a thoughtfully designed return option.

This is a purchase program, not a rental. For eligible floral pieces, we offer an optional 50% return refund for celebrations that only need their flowers for one event.

The program must be selected or approved before your order ships. A return requested after delivery without prior approval may not qualify.

What’s eligible

The program applies to the floral item itself: flower walls, floral fabric panels, and flower arch arrangements.

Stands, frames, poles, bases, hardware, lights, and accessories are excluded unless we approve them in writing before purchase.

Return timing

Please contact us before sending an item back. Your approved return must be shipped within 14 calendar days of the delivery date shown by tracking.

Returns shipped after this window may not qualify for the refund.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. When available, we may offer a prepaid discounted return label; its actual cost is deducted from your refund.

Every return must be tracked and carefully packed to protect the flowers in transit.

Final refund

50% of the item price paid minus return-label cost, if provided, and any applicable cleaning, repair, or replacement fee.

Return condition requirements

To qualify, each piece must arrive clean, complete, and ready to be enjoyed again. We inspect every return carefully.

No stains or visible dirt. This includes food, drinks, mud, makeup, oil, glue, wax, tape residue, and marker marks.
No strong odors. Please avoid smoke, perfume, pet, mildew, food, or other lingering odors.
No major damage. Flowers, fabric, backing, hooks, ties, and attached pieces must not be torn, cut, crushed, broken, detached, or permanently deformed.
No missing parts. Return all original floral panels, flowers, ties, hooks, and included eligible-floral components.
No permanent modifications. Do not cut, paint, glue, staple, sew, drill, tape, or otherwise alter the piece.
Pack with care. Do not force or over-compress flowers into the box; damage from improper packaging may reduce or disqualify the refund.

After inspection

Approved returns receive the 50% refund, less any return-label cost. If light cleaning, reshaping, repair, or small-part replacement is needed, we may deduct a reasonable restoration fee.

Pieces with stains, strong odors, missing parts, major damage, or conditions that prevent reuse may not qualify.
