Q: How big is each panel? How do I purchase multiple panels?

Each flower panel measures 16” x 24”.
For example, if you select the 4-panel option, you will receive four individual panels that can be assembled into a 32” x 48” floral wall.

Q: How do I put the panels together?

A:
Assembly is simple. Align the panels using the built-in male and female connectors and secure them with zip ties (included).

Please note:
Because this panel is designed with very full, dense florals, it is relatively heavy. For safety and stability, we do not recommend hanging the panel directly by its plastic backing alone.

Recommended installation methods:

Sew panels onto fabric

Attach panels to metal grid panels

Use a sturdy backing system to evenly distribute weight

Q: How do I stand the flower wall up?

You may:

Secure panels to a wall or foam board (use enough fasteners to support the weight)

Attach panels to metal grid panels and use a heavy-duty backdrop stand with multiple crossbars

We recommend avoiding tripod-leg stands, as the legs may be visible behind the flower wall.

Q: What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in original condition.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility

Original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund

Used, altered, or damaged items may be refused or partially refunded

Signature confirmation is required upon delivery.

Q: How do I fluff the flowers after shipping?

A:
Use a hair dryer on low heat and gently reshape the flowers by hand.

It is normal for a few flowers or leaves to loosen during transit. Simply reinsert them into the backing grid — no glue required.

Q: Do you offer custom colors?

A:
At this time, custom colors are not available.

Q: Do you offer custom sizes?

A:
Yes. If your required size is not listed, contact us and we will advise how many panels you need.
Panels may also be trimmed with scissors or a box cutter for corners or angled edges.

Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?

A:
We offer an additional 3% discount for one-time orders of 100 panels or more.
