Q: How big is each panel? How do I purchase multiple panels?

A: Each greenery panel measures 16 inches x 24 inches.
When selecting a quantity, you are choosing the number of individual panels.

For example, selecting 4 panels means you will receive four 16” x 24” panels, which can be assembled into a 32” x 48” greenery wall.

Q: How do I assemble the panels?

A: Assembly is very easy. Simply align the panels using the built-in connectors.

Some shipments include zip ties for added reinforcement.

If zip ties are not included, the panels feature a self-locking design. Insert the connector ball into the matching socket to secure.

Q: How do I stand or hang the greenery wall?

A: You have multiple installation options:

Mount directly to a wall using nails or Command hooks (use enough hooks to distribute the weight evenly).

Hang from a backdrop stand. We recommend stands without tripod legs to avoid visibility behind the greenery wall.

Assemble all panels first, then use S-hooks to hang from the top crossbar.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original and unused condition.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

We recommend ordering one panel first to review quality before placing a large order.

Q: What is your shipping policy?

A: Free shipping applies to the 48 contiguous United States only.

For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, international destinations, or for expedited delivery, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

All shipments require a signature upon delivery. Returned packages due to unsuccessful delivery attempts will incur round-trip shipping costs for refund or reshipment.

Q: What if the greenery arrives flattened or loose?

A: This may occur during transit.

Gently separate and fluff the leaves by hand.

If a piece becomes detached, simply reattach it to the backing spike.

Q: Do you offer custom colors or sizes?

A: Custom colors are not available.
Custom sizes are available—please contact us and we will calculate how many panels you need. Panels may be trimmed at home if needed.

Q: Do you offer discounts for large orders?

A: An additional 3% discount is available for one-time orders of 100 panels or more.
