This listing is for purchase, not rental. For eligible items, we offer an optional 50% Return Refund Program for customers who may only need the item for one event.

This option must be selected or approved before the item ships. Returns requested after delivery without prior approval may not qualify for this program.

Eligible Items

This program applies only to the floral item itself, such as the flower wall, floral fabric panel, or flower arch arrangement.

Stands, frames, poles, bases, hardware, lights, and other accessories are not included in this program and are not eligible for the 50% return refund option unless specifically approved in writing before purchase.

Return Time Limit

Please contact us before sending the item back.

To qualify, the return must be shipped back within 14 calendar days after the delivery date shown by tracking. Returns shipped after this period may not qualify for the 50% refund.

Return Shipping

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

To help reduce the cost, we may provide a prepaid discounted return label when available. If we provide the label, the actual return label cost will be deducted from your refund.

Final refund = 50% of the item price paid - return label cost - any cleaning, repair, or replacement fee if applicable.

All returns must be shipped with tracking and packed carefully to protect the flowers during transit.

Return Condition Requirements

To qualify for the 50% refund, the item must be returned in clean, complete, and reusable condition.

After we receive the return, we will carefully inspect the item. The item must meet the following requirements:

No stains or visible dirt
No food stains, drink stains, mud, makeup, oil, glue, wax, tape residue, marker marks, or other visible dirt.
No strong odors
No smoke smell, perfume, pet odor, mildew smell, food odor, or other strong odors.
No major damage
No torn, cut, broken, crushed, heavily bent, detached, or permanently deformed flowers, fabric, backing, hooks, ties, or attached pieces.
No missing parts
All original floral panels, flowers, ties, hooks, and included parts of the eligible floral item must be returned.
No permanent modification
The item must not be cut, painted, glued, stapled, sewn, drilled, taped, or permanently altered.
Proper packaging required
Please do not force, crush, or over-compress the flowers into the box. Damage caused by improper return packaging may reduce or disqualify the refund.

Inspection Result

If the item is returned in acceptable condition, we will issue the 50% refund, minus the return label cost if we provide the label.

If the item requires cleaning, reshaping, repair, or replacement of small parts, a reasonable cleaning or restoration fee may be deducted from the refund.

Items with stains, strong odors, missing parts, major damage, or items that are no longer reusable may not qualify for the 50% refund.
