❗ Product Clarification (Prevents Misunderstanding)

This is a three-dimensional artificial flower panel, not a paper, fabric, or printed backdrop.

Q: How big is each panel? How do I purchase multiple panels?

A: Each flower and greenery panel measures 16 inches x 24 inches.
When selecting a quantity, you are choosing the number of individual panels.
For example, selecting 4 panels means you will receive four 16” x 24” panels, which can be assembled into a 32” x 48” flower wall.

Q: How do I assemble the panels?

A: Assembly is very easy. Simply align the panels using the built-in male and female connectors, then secure them together.

Some shipments include zip ties for added reinforcement.

If your panels do not include zip ties, you have our updated self-locking design. Just insert the round connector ball into the corresponding socket—no extra hardware required.

Q: How do I stand or hang the flower wall?

A: You have several options:

Mount directly to a wall using nails or Command hooks (use enough to properly distribute the weight).

Hang from a backdrop stand. We recommend stands without tripod legs, as tripod bases may be visible behind the flower wall.

For backdrop stands, assemble all panels first, then use S-hooks to hang the wall from the top crossbar.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original and unused condition.
If the product shows signs of use or alteration, we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

To minimize shipping expense, we recommend ordering one panel first to review quality before placing a large order.

Q: What is your shipping policy? Do you ship to AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO, or offer expedited shipping?

A: Free shipping applies to the 48 contiguous United States only.

If you need shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, international destinations, or require expedited delivery, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

⚠️ Signature Required:
All shipments require a signature upon delivery. If a package is returned due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the buyer will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs if requesting a refund or reshipment.

Q: What if the flowers arrive flattened or a few pieces come loose?

A: This is normal during transit.

Use a hairdryer on warm air and gently shape the flowers with your hands.

If a flower or leaf becomes detached, simply press it back onto the spike on the panel backing.

Q: Do you offer custom colors?

A: At this time, custom colors are not available.

Q: Can I request a custom size?

A: Yes. If your required size is not listed, contact us and we will calculate how many panels you need.
Panels can also be trimmed at home using scissors or a box cutter to fit corners or create half panels.

Q: Do you offer discounts for large orders?

A: We offer an additional 3% discount for one-time orders of 100 panels or more.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor tracking information and anticipate delivery.
Optional shipping insurance may be purchased upon request.

Once a carrier confirms delivery, we cannot replace or refund orders reported missing. In such cases, please contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate potential loss or theft.
